Responsibilities

  • Talent for human interaction in stressful situations and for taking ownership of problems down to their entire resolution and documentation.
  • Ability to understand, implement and document IT Service Management processes based on ITIL and HDI best practices.
  • Ability to focus on quality of delivery, resolve problems encoutered Microsoft/IBM applications and maintain knowledge management system.
  • Responsible for providing professional 1st and 2nd level support to employees within large corporations.
  • Responsible for maintaining user accounts and mailbox systems on Microsoft and IBM technologies.

Profile

  • University degree
  • Proven experience of troubleshooting Microsoft/IBM products and applications.
  • Positive, cheerful attitude with ability to develop and maintain relationships effectively with users and colleagues.
  • Empathetic and service oriented mind set.
  • Excellent verbal/written skills and the ability to communicate with various groups of people from diverse cultural backgrounds

Languages

  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • French and/or German is appreciated
