Responsibilities

• Work with software packaging products to create remote, streaming installation products.
• Set up, configure and deploy packaged applications for customers.
• Work closely with development, quality assurance, and support teams.
• Support desktop user environment and server related infrastructure after deployment.
• Perform systems and server administration tasks on various platforms and extensive work with Windows Operating Systems and Windows Registry.

Profile

• University degree or similar
• 1-2 years experience with IT and software deployment experience.
• Experience Windows platforms XP, with Windows registry, and with Windows server platforms (2000 and 2003).
• Application Packaging experience using application packaging tools (e.g. Installshield Wise, Tivoli, SMS).
• Personal experience with installing many window-based applications, including patches, updates, and system drivers.
• Windows 2003 server setup and configuration experience, including IIS and FTP. Detail oriented and well organized.
• Able to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks
• Have excellent verbal/written skills and ability to communicate with key individuals.
• Highly self-motivated, able to work independently
