Responsibilities

  • Definition and development of a sustainable logical data model encompassing all attributes associated with the Service
  • Mapping of the Online Service Catalogue obtaining global agreement on its implementation as the definitive source of the Primary record of service information for the purposes of data federation and reporting
  • Gathering of requirements for improvements to the current Service Management systems used in workflow, monitoring and reporting.
  • Enhancement and ratification of a global Confederated Configuration Management Strategy.
  • Support on ongoing projects involving Configuration Management Federation, audit and verification.

Profile

  • 3-4 years experience in a similar position
  • Expertise on ITIL framework, especially Service Catalogue
  • Good knowledge of HP suite of workflow and monitoring
  • Ability to use logical data modelling tools
  • Good knowledge of all MS office products
  • Ability to prepare adhoc databases, views and queries combining data from differing data stores
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • Ability to quickly see the big picture (analytical approach)
  • Willing to travel abroad

  • Fluent spoken and written French
