Requirements Gathering - newScale needed assistance with one of their European projects to help design and implement an IT Service Catalog for a major customer based just outside London, UK. blue-infinity was asked to help identify current service delivery processes and practices in order to define one Service Offering and implement 3 Service Requests workflows in the newScale tool.

Project Management - blue-infinity worked closely with all project stakeholders, interviewing Subject Matter Experts to compile a great deal of information into a structured Service Offering. As project manager, blue-infinity was responsible for monitoring and reporting on project progress, proactively managing risks, issues & dependencies and at the end of the project, to manage the transition and applicable knowledge transfer from newScale/b-i to FTE staff at the customer site.
