flash-based interactive marketing tools and print collateral - Pictet wanted to promote two of their innovative new online services, Private Net and Business Connect. Private Net is an online private banking application, and Business Connect serves Pictet's inter-bank customers. Working under tight deadlines, b-i Art Directors generated compelling ideas and guidelines for the promotion. Then, b-i's multimedia developers produced innovative, engaging Flash-based promotions and integrated them in the Pictet corporate Web site. Because this was the first use of animation on the Pictet site, we also prepared clear guidelines for the future use of animation and other interactive tools on Pictet.com. In parallel to the multimedia work, b-i creative directors also produced a series of print brochures to promote the new Pictet services.
application development - Pictet needed a highly specialized application to assess and manage risk associated with futures portfolios of the bank's institutional clients. These complex calculations incorporate considerable Pictect intellectual property, and they were being managed with spreadsheets. There was clearly a need for a more scalable, usable solution. In less than one month, b-i business analysts, software engineers, and database developers built an intuitive, easily-administered business intelligence application that manages and automates financial analysis based on a variety of benchmarks, transaction histories, formulas, and other data. We implemented the solution on Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server and COM.
