Two of those projects are described here.
multimedia online learning tools - b-i was engaged by SGS to develop an interactive training tool to help train internal SGS staff on corporate ethics. Additionally, we developed an e-learning tool to train SGS legal staff on the company's contract procedures. For these projects, our multimedia developers edited and produced digital video supplied by SGS, integrating this material within interactive training materials which were co-developed by SGS and b-i's content developers.
corporate portal-building - SGS had an outdated,
static corporate portal that did not reflect their brand image or world-class
services. Furthermore, SGS wanted a Web content management solution that
would help them streamline content updates and site administration. Our
creative designers completely redesigned the new Web portal, accommodating
the need for page templates that could be re-purposed by SGS' field offices
for their regional sites. b-i template engineers and software engineers
implemented the portal on Lotus Domino, including content publishing workflows.
b-i engineers also implemented sophisticated functionality that would allow
users of SGS CD/DVDs to interact with secure portions of the portal, without
having to login every time they accessed the site from within the CD/DVD-based
tools. |
