blue-infinity was a proud partner of LIFT (www.liftconference.com) an international conference in Geneva that deals with the effects of technology on society. This high-profile conference hosted many thought leaders in the space, including figures such as Vint Cerf, most often called the “father of the internet” and inventor of the TCP/IP protocol, who is now VP and Chief Internet Evangelist at Google. Vint gave an eye opening presentation on the state of the internet today and his current project for “interplanetary internet communications”.

blue-infinity hosted a VIP lunch event for selected clients and journalists and invited Euan Semple, former director of Knowledge Management at the BBC, to speak about Enterprise 2.0 and his personal experience with the implementation of social media “behind the firewall”.
