These touchpoints include application graphical user interfaces, documentation, training, and customer contact systems. b-i's User Experience Designers employ user research, user profiling, modeling, interface design, prototyping, and usability testing to design and measure user experiences.
Most of our User Experience designers hold academic credentials in Human Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, or Library/Information Science. All of b-i's User Experience Designers possess a strong understanding of information systems and remain current on evolving technologies that can improve user interfaces.
