b-i's Project Management staff has the skills, experience, tools, discipline, and personalities to lead even the most complex initiatives to successful completion.


Our Project Management staff have diverse backgrounds, the majority having five or more years of previous technology consulting experience.

Ultimate responsibility for overall client satisfaction rests with our Project Management staff, and the results suggest that we are doing a great job. More than 70% of b-i's clients have been pleased enough to engage us for two or more projects during the first year - an impressive statistic which we can largely attribute to our world class Project Management efforts.

Our Project Management skills span two roles:

engagement management - b-i Engagement Managers are assigned to clients where multiple projects are underway (in some cases, b-i assigns an Engagement Manager to a client where one exceptionally complex project is being delivered). The Engagement Manager serves as the main point of contact for the projects, provides coordination of project interdependencies, and is responsible for the client's overall satisfaction. Engagement Managers also manage optimum resource management across projects, such as shifting resources from one project to another project at the same client to increase efficiency and reuse of knowledge.

project management - b-i Project Managers drive the day-to-day operations of a project. They are responsible for developing, monitoring, and meeting budget, schedule, and deliverables plans. Our Project Managers provide clients with maximum transparency into project status, with continuous communication of status metrics, open issues, and risks.
