integrated branding - A brand is the combination of product attributes, personality and values that a company, product or service can define itself by. A brand is what creates the emotional connection between the company and the customer. Branding ultimately represents the quality of the organisation's products and services in the eyes of the public.

Integrated branding means establishing a relationship between your brand(s) and your customers at each point of contact by delivering the right messages consistently across all communication channels. Whether it is the Web site that you visit for product information, an ad in a magazine, an annual report or the signage elements at the point of sale - each element of an integrated branding program will reinforce and extend the information and messaging delivered by the other marketing channels.

Furthermore, we do not consider content as an independent discipline, but as part of the overall branding effort. The content must always reflect the personality of the brand, company or service. A Web site editorial style guide must always be in line with the general branding style guide defined for the Web site, as well as with the overall tone of voice that is present in offline communication, such as advertising and promotions.
